Powersaves pokemon x

Powersaves pokemon x DEFAULT

If you have been wondering how players are using Pokemon X and Y hacks to get shiny Xerneas, mega Latios and Diancie into the game, we can tell you that it is all down to PowerSaves for 3DS. It now has support for Pokemon X and Y cheats and some have also been using this method to clone Pokemon as well.

While most obviously prefer to play Pokemon X and Y without hacking, it is also fair to say that hacking has now become a standard feature of the game – whether Nintendo and Game Freak like it or not.

The debate will always go on of course, but then so will the use of Pokemon X and Y Power Saves. Many players already have Diancie on their game, while others are desperately trying to trade a Mega Latios and Latias after finding out that these unreleased Pokemon are also already in circulation online.

Most recently, PowerSave cheats have also been used, showing how to get AZ’s Floette in Pokemon X and Y, which we told you about in a separate report here. From what we have seen though, the biggest use of this software is cloning and making multiple copies of unreleased Pokemon for trading, giveaways or just for bragging rights.

This is the interface you'll see when using PowerSaves.

We’ve found a video below which one user even goes to the length of giving a step by step tutorial on how to use PowerSaves 3DS to clone on Pokemon X and Y. Once again, we’re not saying you should all jump on the bandwagon and get your own PowerSaves from Amazon – but you should at least be aware of the method in which this is all happening.

It’s down to Nintendo to clamp down on it in our opinion and we hope they find some solution to this to make it a fair playing ground during Pokemon X and Y WiFi battles.

Are you using PowerSaves for Pokemon X and Y at the moment? If so, give us your personal reasons as to why you think it is necessary.

I just looked on powersaves official website after receiving a notice to update my software last night and I see that they have added codes to modify moves and abilities. There are instructions to check the notes so I can't confirm what exactly these codes do as I am not at home at the moment. Can anyone confirm if these codes do what we have all been waiting for?

Interesting. I just checked upon reading your message and they have updated it so you can modify moves and abilities.

Here are the descriptions:

Moves Modifier Codes Box 1 Slot 1: Use the Tools Max Item Codes x999 in slot 2,3,4,5 then discard the required number of moves (for a list type "pokemon list of moves" in browser)
Pretty sure they are referring to this: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_moves

Ability Box 1 Slot 1 Modifier Codes: Use the Tools Max Item Codes x999 in slot 6 then discard the required number for ability (check http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Ability for full id list)

Neat that they added these. And yes, I can confirm they work perfectly.

Pokemon x powersaves

I was just wondering. I've tried different regions and some seem to have much more content than others

All lives matter therefore Black Lives Matter.

I dunno. I'm new to the new action replay powersave thing since I just bought one off of eBay or Amazon.

By the way, the powersave action replay have any good stuff for monster hunter 3 ultimate?

Probably. There are still codes they haven't added yet.

well that website does say Action Replay Powersaves.

also is that all the Powersaves thing has for game codes? Pokemon X/Y, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Link Between Worlds which the game just came out like last month or so.

Or does the AR Power saves device have more game codes than whats shown on that site?

How about the ability to spawn Volcanion and Hoopa? People say they were on there initially but I doubt it highly. They could just put them in a save file with a lot of other perks.

That doesn't make any sense. They have Diancie on there with a fake and an official Wondercard. so I don't think that's the reason they were removed if they were ever on there in the first place.

its action replay not sure how much one cost you can just look it up.

A device that allows you to alter your saves.

It works differently than your old action replays - you have to be connected to the Internet. The game is read through a usb device, and when you plug it in - it has a list of whatever you can do with 'em.

It's interesting, mind you.

thanks everyone for all the answers!

is it comparable to pokegen? if i can pokegen on a genV game and transfer, is it worth getting powersave? (obviously i'd need powersave for genVI pokes, but otherwise...)

I want to add some questions about Power Save too:

1) Can you backup and restore save files without altering them. Just like you can with Digital games already?
2) How does the cheating aspect work? Is it a list of codes, or do you use a separate save file editor?
3) Does it only work for Pokemon XY?

Thanks in advance x)
