Sar dard kam sy kam saal main aik ya do baar ho sakta hai or ziyada sy ziyada rozana ki bunyaad par ho sakta hai. Mardon ke muqably main aurton main sar dard or migraine ki shikayaat aam hain. Agy chal kar hum is article main sar dard ka ilaj, iqsam, wajuhat or bachao ke tariqon par baat karain gy.

Sar dard ya migraine ki mukhtalif iqsaam hain jin main aam sar dard or shadeed sar dard shamil hain.
1. SHADEED SAR DARD (CLASSIC MIGRAINE)
Shadeed sar dard jisy aam tor par classic migraine bhe kaha jata hai aik intebahi alamat k sath shuru hota hai or is alamat ko aura kaha jata hai. Is sorat main mareez k sar main aik dam sy chamak ya taiz roshni ka ehsas paida hota hai or usky sath he shadeed sar dard hona shuru ho jata hai.

Apky sar k dard k foran baad sy shuru ho kar yeh aura 15-30 minute tak reh sakta hai. Kabhi kabhaar asi surat-e-hal main dard ka ehsaas nhe bhe hota magar chamak (aura) ka eshas zarur hota hai.
2. AAM SAR DARD (Normal Migraine)
Aam sar dard chamak (aura) k sath nhe shuru hoti. Iss waja sy isy migraine without aura yani beghai chamak k sar dard bhe kaha jata hai. Aam sar dard shadeed sar dard k muqably main ahista ahista shuru ho kar ziyada dair tak rehti hai or apki roz marrah ki zindagi ko mutassir karti hai. Aam sar dar sar k kisi bhe aik taraf he rehti hai. Ziyada tar log jinhen sar dard lahaq rehta hai wo aam tor par yahi aam sar dard hai.

Ocular ya retina migraine yani aankhon ko mutasir karny wala sar dard bhe aik bemari hai jo k kam he logon main pai jati hai. Aankhon ko mutasir karny wala sar dard nazar ki tabdeeliyon ka bais banta hai. In alamaat main nazar ka buri tarha sy mutassir hona, kam nazar ana, aik ya dono ankhon ka andha pan shamil ho sakta hai. Is marz ki alamaat ziyada dair nhe rehti, ye alamaat sar main dard sy pehly ya baad main zahir ho sakti hain.
