This spectacular oceanfront villa sits practically on the ocean at the world famous K38 surf spot, with perfectly peeling waves right outside your door. In fact, with very high tides, the water will even lap at your front door! This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home occupies the first and second floor of a 3-story duplex and is located in a secure gated neighborhood and includes breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen and 3 bedrooms as well as the beautiful balcony and master suite. The beautiful balcony area comes complete with private outdoor jetted whirlpool tub and firepit, perfect for you to relax and enjoy majestic ocean views for miles and miles. There's nothing quite like watching dolphins play in the surf as the sun sets on the beautiful Baja coastline! At night, enjoy a blazing fire with a glass of wine while admiring the stars above. This house comes included with fast wifi internet. In this beautiful, lush natural setting, you will be up close and personal with the marine life! In the past year alone, we captured (and released) a baby octopus in the tide pools, we spotted dolphins frolicking in the surf, and we even rescued a baby seal trying to find its way back into the ocean! Kids will love exploring the tide pools right outside your front door.

Please keep in mind that the house is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This is a great neighborhood with really cool and interesting people who enjoy a peaceful environment and a good night's sleep. Outside noise should be kept to a respectful level after 10pm and no loud music after 10pm. No fireworks are allowed in the community as well.

I am an avid surfer that came for the waves and stayed for the natural beauty. This house is a surfer's dream. You will be in front of some of the top surf spots in all of Baja California that work for beginners as well as advanced surfers. You have three surf spots to choose from right outside your front door. To your left is K38, one of the most consistent and longest right handers on the Baja coast. In front of you is Maria's (rocky reef break), one of my favorite spots. With the right conditions, you can get barrels! To the right, is Theresa's, another ultra-consistent rocky-reef break. This is one of the most consistent locations in all of Baja california, and will pick up south, southwest, west, and northwest swells and works with all different types of tides.

I am very well reviewed on airbnb with over 34 5 star reviews. Although this house is new, here are a few reviews from Airbnb for a smaller house I have in the same neighborhood:

The entire trip was perfect! The house was clean and the view was beyond beautiful. We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and woke up to really fun waves to surf. Just to the left was a right point break that rolled 300 yards off the point and felt similar to Malibu, expect no crowd!! The neighbors were very sweet and helped with first aid when my girlfriend scraped her knee on a rock. The breakfast spot that we walked to about 100 feet north hand made their tortillas!!! I have been dreaming about the breakfast burritos sense! We had such a great time that I contemplated writing a bad review so that this place would be available anytime I wanted head down south. Lol. I will be staying here again many times to come! If you stay here get ready to fall in love with Mexico, it's people, and it's raw beauty! Thanks Ron.

July 2015

My family and I had an amazing time at Ron's k38 home!! First, Ron was great at communication and answering any questions I had. The neighbors were so incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. The house itself, you cannot beat being a few feet away from the water. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, waking up and having coffee on the rooftop terrace and watching the surfers. The house is only a few houses down from k38 taco stand and surf shop! Highly recommend for surfers, families or anyone looking to relax.

July 2015

Ron was extremely accommodating and was very prompt in his responses. Whatever information you need he's diligent in answering thoroughly. The house was clean and tidy. The best was the roof! Spa, hammock, grill and a little fire pit. He even had a sur(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)oard that we took turns using which was super fun. We bought wood just up the road at the surf shop. Awesome places to grab groceries, get a bite, drinks and enjoy the nightlife in the vicinity. Neighbors were really cool as I had conversations with several of them. I would come back and stay here in the future no problem do to how cool Ron was and how much I liked the property.

June 2015

What a wonderful weekend at the K38 Ocean front house! Ron gave us an extremely detailed house guide that made the drive, our stay and activities stress free and so easy! The house is a surfers paradise, located steps from the ocean! We did yoga on the deck, walked to the tacos shops and Las Rocas pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We were able to bring our dogs, which was absolutely amazing! Ron made us feel so welcome and was so helpful with ANY questions we had before the trip and during. He always had a prompt response which was reassuring. Thank you for a wonderful weekend Ron, your house will definitely be our home away from home!

Wonderful location, top deck was fantastic, beds were comfortable

This review is for the skyloft property: Property manager was very responsive to all issues and easy to reach by phone and email. The handyman chewy is a jack of all trades who took care of a few problems that would have taken days to resolve here in the states. Our dogs loved it and the neighbors were very friendly. The house could use some upgrades - the kitchen has pots but only 6 mugs, no bowls and no other cups. There were only 5 or 6 forks but plenty of cooking utensils. The furniture was very comfortable but could use some love from a seamstress to tie loose ends together. As is indicated in the house guide you might want to bring a few extra blankets (depending on time of year) as the house is right on the water and it did get a bit chilly at night. For access to surf and a get away for 3 30-something couples the place was great and we had a blast but if you are a group that wants everything just "so" this might not be the house for you. We will be back though!

Inside Mexico’s bizarre haunted $4mil devil castle ‘overrun by Satan worshippers’ – but hated by owner’s wife

A GOTHIC art fan is turning his $4million devil castle into a museum after it became overrun by fans and Satan worshippers - but his wife hates it.

Tony Wells, a painting contractor and real estate developer, built the mysterious Castillo Del Diablo in Rosarito, Mexico, from the ground up.

Tony's quirky home, known as Castillo Del Diablo, features a statue with horns and gothic women

14

The real estate developer poses outside of his house - which has become a tourist attraction

14

He admits he became "obsessed" with the project, spending millions on building work, statues, vintage furniture, coffins, chandeliers and custom-made creepy mannequins.

But California-based Tony says the property is now so crammed with quirky antiques it's uninhabitable.

"It's been seven or eight years since I built the house. I tried to build it here in the States, I tried other places but there was no way," he told The Sun.

"So when I looked into Mexico, I said, 'What are the restrictions of what I could build?' And they go, 'What do you mean? We don't have any restrictions.'

"I said, 'Okay, get ready. I'm going to blow your mind'. The whole of Mexico is becoming famous because of my house, it's a beautiful thing for both of us, I think.

Creepy stone mannequins featured outside of the property - which attracts hundreds of visitors

14

The six-story home is filled with gothic art and vintage furniture from all over the world

14

"I just wanted to build a place on the beach and I wanted to do something different, like a regular church.

"And then I decided to put a couple of gargoyles in front and people started coming around all of a sudden and taking pictures, I thought, 'I got a hook'. It's something out of the ordinary.

"I took a chance on a really religious area and in the beginning I had a couple of priests come by saying I should be ashamed of myself, and I'm doing the wrong thing.

"But now people love it, and even those who are religious have become my biggest fans. This is something that has never been done."

Exclusive photographs obtained by The Sun show the exterior of the giant six-storey property, while Tony also gave a rare grand tour inside of his bizarre abode.

14

Tony has filled the property with hundreds of vintage chandeliers

14

Tony says he's become "overwhelmed" by the response to his house which was built eight years ago

14

The home has become a hotspot for tourists with crowds gathering each day outside his house, some even climbing the walls to try and get access, while Satan worshippers often leave him presents.

"My wife and I had a meeting with some big time social media guy because it's getting bad with all these people coming round, trying to climb the walls, trying to get into the house from all sides," he said.

"And a lot of weird devil worshippers, all crazy things like that. I said, 'It's gonna get worse, you know what? This is gonna be a museum.'

"Everybody's screaming outside, 'Let us in. We'll pay you.' So I figured that's the goal. It's so intense inside. I want everybody to see. You don't do this not to be noticed."

A woman on a throne sits staring out at tourists at the $4million house

14

Suits of armour line the hallways at the creepy residence which took Tony years to complete

14

Tony, who has other properties across the States and now only spends a week at the devil castle each month, says his wife Brittany hates the home - but he continues to spend money on it.

The 60-year-old joked: "Oh, if she had it her way she'd burn the whole place down. She wants nothing to do with it.

"I have literally crowds outside the front of my house taking pictures and swarming the place at weekends, you can't get in.

"I can't come out of my house when I'm over there. I used to think it was cool, I'd go out there and say hi and take pictures. Now it's just overwhelming.

"I was obsessed with it for such a long time. I still am to be honest with you, I'm so obsessed with what the next move's going to be.

A bird's eye view of Castillo Del Diablo in Rosarito, Mexico

14

The bar area which features ornate thrones, chandeliers and gothic trinkets

14

Many of the statues were custom-made by a local creative, including the main 'devil' head on top of the house

14

"I've got probably over 800 swords and knives that have all been used in some type of combat or death, about 350 beautiful antique mirrors, and around 40 mannequins."

A horned figure sits atop of the castle, which many believe to be the devil, although Tony says it's actually a mix of Pan from the Greek mythology and himself.

Although he says he doesn't believe in Satan, despite having been brought up Catholic, he feels the house may be haunted after spending a night alone in the quirky home.

"I've had several guests at my place who say they've heard things and I've woken up to it, too," he told The Sun.

One of the grand bedrooms at the home featuring vintage furniture

14

A wacky downstairs red room featuring quirky artefacts at the house

14

"There are 40 chandeliers in my master bedroom. And I've woken up several times to two or three of them just swinging back and forth like crazy. There's no breeze coming in. There's no air conditioning.

"I spent one night in that house by myself, I heard kids in the other room laughing. I was freaking out, I stayed up the whole night and said, 'Never again am I sleeping here alone.'

Each year more fans have started to line the streets outside to take photographs of the property on Halloween - causing a headache for Tony and the local police force.

"I stay away from the place on Halloween," he laughed. "Last Halloween, the streets got blocked out and the police were waving the traffic through and they said, 'You better do something about this.'

'They're not upset with me, but it's getting to be a crazy thing. Who knows what's going to happen this year."

You're cheating, Nastenka)) You can't do that. - But really no, really true. - And if I find it, will you give it to me. - Yeah. I will give it to you.

The Castle - Rosarito Baja Wedding

To tell the truth, I myself did not understand what I wanted. Maybe I really want it in the ass, have I inserted myself a can from a dezik more than once. Sanya touched my ass: - Look how nice and good you have, - he cuddled strongly and confidently my strong ass.

I just got crazy from all this, - Come on, once - and that's it, tama, eh.

Now discussing:

On my tummy, he went down with gentle lips to my friend and lingered for a second. I felt his burning breath on my penis, when suddenly he rose sharply and kissed me on the lips. His lips were sweet intoxicated and I answered him. For about a minute he kissed me and I studied my mouth with his tongue, then just as abruptly pulled away from.
